After soome listening this box of doodaas has improved not only timing but soundstage coming from the pc files. I might go for a buffer as well just to see if i can sweeten it an ounce more....hey you never know till you try

Not tried V3. I've got a couple of the first ones. They work very well.
I had one of the little X-Pre's years ago. For the money (£200) it was a nice sounding unit. Not the last word in impact, but sweet.
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

early days but impressed.. nicer than expected. not as much bass as the kefs but probably a wider soundstage. at least i know they can perform.
They are rather sophisticated actually. really nice with soft jazzy styles. the stands are a bit low but i know know they are worthy contenders. didnt sound good with the t amp.
