Default Vinyl sellers that should know better

    Hi all.

A recent visit to Discogs revealed this that's currently on my want list. The price is just absolutely bonkers. I know this LP is rare but is it that rare?.. I may be wrong here but the highest price previously paid was £400.

    So £2,200...?

Records are only worth what people are prepared to pay..There are a few LP's I would like but refuse to pay what they sell for.

    Hi Joe,

I think you have under estimated the demand for this record. It has sold for a lot higher than £400 in the last few years. A price of £1349 was achieved last year.

There have been quite a few that have sold for more than £400.

Also the one on Discogs was rated at VG+ with a few minor faults.

At the end of the day, some records are still going for big money because people are prepared to spend big money.

There are only two types of music. Music I own and music I don't.
