    I am currently reading 'Mimesis' by Erich Auerbach, and 'Coleridge: Early Visions' by Richard Holmes.

    Patrick O'Brian: Aubrey - Maturin series for about the fourth time around.

    Currently on "The Letter of Marque": always a bit fed up when I finish the last book as I have to wait a few years before the brain's forgotten enough to start again.

    "Chickenhawk" by Robert Mason: one of the best books about flying helicopters in Vietnam I've come across. Chopping tree branches off with the Huey rotor blades to make a descent? Impressive stuff............

    "My Bass and Other Animals" - Guy Pratt. Pratt's interview with David Gilmour for a place in the band was interesting.
