yes but it is a bit... clinical, soul less. It's just a download, nothing tangible and bereft of any artistic expression or involvement in a visual sense. It's not for me but it can sound superb so I can't knock that.

I guess it depends on your definition of value.
Don't get me wrong, I like having physical things too (including media) but I 'play' cds, I rip them or buy the digital version of them.
Just because something is more convenient doesn't mean it's the easy way out, I've put a lot of thought, time, money and learning into getting my system where it is (not just plug and play).
Besides, what's wrong with the easy way, I'd rather send a text than carrier pigeon.
