Default 6N3 Valve Preamplifier For Sale

I'm currently using this temporarily whilst building something that better meets my needs so will be available in the next couple of weeks... It uses a pair of 6N3's in the SRPP gain stage and a Chinese 6Z4 valve rectifier in the power supply, capacitors are a mixture of Vishay BC & Nichicon 'MUSE', coupling capacitors are 'Audiophiler' polypropylene's & all resistors are carbon comp.

I would describe the sound as very warm, lush & valvey... Basically, It sounds like an old valve preamp which is great if thats what your after

It works perfectly with very little noise & seemingly lots of life left in the valves. 2 issues: there is a crack in the bottom perspex panel but its been glued, is structurally fine & near invisible when in use + the transformer is 220v input but doesn't get hot or hum here @ 234v.

    I'm looking for around £40...
