I think it said on the radio today (if I understand this correctly) that E10 will cause rustiness in petrol tanks and cause water to get into the carbs/injectors/engine when restarted if left unused for long periods, like with lawnmowers. This would then apply to my Fireblade, which only does about 1000 miles in the summer and nowt in the winter.
So would switching to the super unleaded (which I think is E5) be the answer, or am I missing something?
