Problem is, I'm not a big water fan [down, Piggurs, I still manage a bath at least twice a year], and panic/can't stand it if my head goes under water, or covers my face, even for a few seconds. Just not my thing. I like looking at water, but not really being in it, beyond the level of paddling at a beach, hence why pools don't do it for me either.

As a lad I used to swim and snorkel off The Gower Peninsula when on my regular holidays there. There were some mighty waves and I'd plunge through fifteen foot breakers and swim out underwater, quite often getting out a quarter of a mile or so and swimming my way across the bay. The undertows and riptides didn't bother me, I'd just relax and 'go with the flow' spending hours in the water, it just seemed natural.
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!
