I'm a combustion engine guy, and a car enthusiast, so like to hear a nice engine note when I'm driving, or when I start the car up, and of course I love the whole 'tweaky' aspect of tuning engines and maintaining them, so for me, an electric car is a total anathema.
They're fine if all a car to you is a method of 'getting from A to B', but not if you're a passionate petrol head like me!

Ah but it's petrol Geoff, not the devil's alternative, electricity. My current wheels has 6 medium cylinders and a pleasant exhaust note, at least I can hear the Harmon Kardon stereo. My old Audi S6 was a V8, sounded lovely but did pull to the left going past petrol stations lol.I'm currently on 3 small cylinders, petrol, no exhaust noise.
