I think very hard to predict The 3 top teams have all undergone radical changes and still not sure who is leaving and joining I think it be pretty tight and think Arsenal and Liverpool both have a decent chance of doing a lot better this season

I predict that this season will be Wenger's last at Arsenal, and will follow Alex Ferguson out the door next year when the season ends. He's been at Arsenal WAY too long already! The club needs some fresh young blood.
I think that the biggest improved team this year, in the top half of the table, will be Liverpool. They've always been my second team (after Celtic) and I'd love them to slowly return to their glory days!
