    Yep, Chord design is like marmite... unfortunately the looks of their kit is enough to send me running from it, even if it could turn out a nice tune and make a cuppa!

    Now I'm really feeling like the poor cousin with my hand grinder and aero-press

    Mind you, I really love the whole manual process, its like a ceremony for me. Precisely weighing and then slowly grinding the fresh beans, boiling the water and letting it sit till it reaches the right temp, warming the cup and then pressing the coffee - it seems to enhance the whole experience of drinking coffee.

    Try Cascara. No piddly tea leaves to deal with and it tastes fab. It is the dried coffee fruit that holds the bean. It has caffeine in it. Really nice - hard to see why it isn't more commonly used.

    Get yer coffee from there too.
