Well two weeks later an the soundbar cannot be located! I've put in a claim and two days ago I initiated a refund via Ebay but now the buyers gone quiet......I recently sold a soundbar ont bay, sent it with Hermes, I've tracked to see if it's been delivered and apparently it's coming back because I asked for it to be returned, I didn't. I used the online chatbot and that told me its was coming back because it was no longer required, eh? Next I logged into my Hermes account which says it's been delivered! FFS

Maybe marked up wrong. Hermes are questionable in some areas as they use folk in their own cars etc who don't get paid if it's not delivered. They used to leave boxes in the bin which is dodgy

Odd you should say that, I'd completely forgotten that when I bought the soundbar last year Hermes delivered it and left it under a tree next door!
