    Sounds a bit like they left it without signature, and buyer had now found it and decided to keep plus get money back.

    I did wonder if I've been rolled over Grant,but I've no way to prove it, it's odd that Hermes said it was on the way back to me and then it went off the radar

    Maybe marked up wrong. Hermes are questionable in some areas as they use folk in their own cars etc who don't get paid if it's not delivered. They used to leave boxes in the bin which is dodgy

    Odd you should say that, I'd completely forgotten that when I bought the soundbar last year Hermes delivered it and left it under a tree next door!
