The first bloke with the 'trendy shirt' is now 55, but was five years younger when that picture was taken! I'd agree with your assessment though, of 65-70, probably 68. He's clearly had a hard life
The "orange bloke", lol, is my dad, who's nearly 87 (pic taken last year in Italy when he was on holiday with his mate. He tans well, lol), and yes I slagged him off for the socks and sandals thingHis mate on the right is 75.

Defo... But you see, Alan's always had a young outlook/mindset and keeps himself active. Trust me though, if you want to stay looking young, the former is just as important as the latter, arguably more so!
For me, staying young largely comes from within... Too many folk, IMO, 'become old' before their time, simply because they *think* they are, and behave that way, so they start looking like it, too! Women are often the worst offenders, in that respect, after having kids.
The thinking seems to be: 'Now I've popped out a sprog that's the end of my youth!' That old-fashioned 'mumsy'/granny look in your 20s or 30s, really isn't a good one, girls...
Stress too, or lack of it, also plays a part, as does genuinely feeling happy with life. That's why, if you can, retiring early is a good idea, as it removes the daily stress attached to holding down a job and being told what to do.
