(used to be my job, I trained as a barber for two years after leaving school, but decided I needed better money and went into engineering instead)
    Useful skill to have though.

Costs my missus about £80 every 4 weeks! Cost me bugger all for about the last 20 years, no. 2 all over and she tidies up the bits I miss. I haven't got much left on top so it's a 5 minute job every couple of weeks.

Do you chat to yourself while cutting your hair? Ask yourself if you're going anywhere nice for your holidays, that type of thing?

No, but I do say "something for the weekend sir?".
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

A work colleague once offered to cut my hair in our lunch break. So the next day he came in with his clippers. He did one half of my head, then the battery died, and he hadn't brought his charger. So I spent the rest of the day with my head looking like the edge of a golf course. He was laughing so much I'm convinced he'd done it on purpose. Back to using barbers after that.
I just dropped in, to see what condition my condition was in

T/T: Inspire Monarch, X200 tonearm, Ortofon Quintet Blue. Phono: Project Tube Box CD: Marantz CD6006 (UK Edition); Amp: Musical Fidelity A5 Integrated.
Speakers: Zu Omen Def, REL T9i subwoofer. Cables: Atlas Equator interconnects, Atlas Hyper 3.0 speaker cables

    T'other system:
Echo Dot, Amptastic Mini One,Arcam A75 integrated, Celestion 5's, BK XLS-200 DF

    A/V:
LG 55" OLED, Panasonic Blu Ray, Sony a/v amp, MA Radius speakers, REL Storm sub

Forget the past, it's gone. And don't worry about the future, it doesn't exist. There is only NOW.
