    Thumbs up It's cocktail-o-clock....

    Not beer, but I'm going to be making a couple of these Portuguese cocktails later, famous in Lisbon, called an Amarjito:



    It consists of lots of fresh lime, demerara sugar, fresh basil leaves, Amarguinha (bitter almond liquor from Portugal, see below), sparkling water and lots of ice... Should be good!
