Glad you liked it. It's about as good as Barolo gets, without spending silly money

    Marco.
I did not drink it at Christmas as my mum was taken ill and we had to abandon Christmas meal as planned. However some friends came over to visit from Italy and so we drank it with them. Apparently it is the same price there. My friend who has his own vineyard in Piedmont and a vast cellar rated it very highly indeed. To get better you need to spend double or more apparently?

    Great recommendation Marco.

Decided on a beer tonight. No particular reason, I just fancy one or two. Cheers!

Well as it's Friday and I've not had a drink for a while, I think I'll have a beer or two tonight. Better nip round to the offy and get some.

I'm way ahead of you Geoff.

Bank holiday weekend though so it's all perfectly legitimate.

Well, as it is a day that ends in “day” it would be rude not to join you in an alcoholic beverage or 8.
