It was such a lovely day, so I decided to eat outside. Del had eaten earlier, but joined me for a drink, after preparing some home-made Chinese munches!
To start: lemon and corriander marinated chicken wings and vegetable spring rolls with a honey and sesame-seed salad, and soy sauce side-dip, accompanied by a tomato, red onion and fresh chilli relish:
Followed by a nice big bowl of salt & pepper ribs, topped with fresh corriander, accompanied by some egg-fried noodles, baby sweetcorn, sugar-snap peas and asparagus:
Yum yum! All washed down with a few glasses of beautifully chilled Côtes de Provence rosé!
