unfortunately, photography is not really encouraged inside shops ... they are still pretty traditional about these things here, and i guess to some, pictures inside shops = commercial secrets. so i can only try and sneak a picture here and there from the outside.

A real shame the UK/$ exchange rate is so bad right now, especially for people like me without loads of disposeable income

yeah .. everything is falling to bits against the yen. i too, have limited disposable income, but that's where deals like these are really valuable. i enjoy scouring the shops to find that elusive bargain. get my kicks from it.

Hows about a good used AT440ML or MLa from anyone with one kicking around in a drawer somewhere? Can't afford a new one, even at "trade" (sorry Mr Cawley) and my current arm will only take high compliance mm's...

trip's coming to an end ... with tomorrow being the last practical day to get any browsing/shopping done...

the weather's been too crazy to get any kind of outdoor photography done, but i've managed to sneak in a couple of shops in the audio section of one of the bigger chain electronic stores ... see if you can make out what items they are... apologies if some of them are a bit blur; I was trying to take these without the enthusiastic sales folk noticing me.

two lots of tube amps .. with asian brands like audiospace, cayin, spark and tri leading the charge

    tables galore!

of course, raw tube pron ...

finally, speakers galore, and the metal boxes that drive them...

i'll try my best, but i may not have time to make another run down to the store ... will see what i can do tomorrow. also, the yen's currently killing just about every other currency, so cheap's going to be really rare.
