ATC prices are more than double what they were twenty years ago. Now, have wages increased by the same amount in this time?

That tweeter looks to be a work of art - hope it's as good in the flesh as it looks and will it fit old models, those with the now very dated modified Vifa thingy they used to use?

    Hi DSJR

I agree that ATC's new SH34-76 HF drive unit is a work of art. I've got an SH34-76 HF on show and just like ATC's mid and bass drive units the SH34-76 is massively built and beautifully put together.

Btw, my understanding is that the SH34-76 been designed for use in ATC's SCM200 & SCM300 monitors.

    All the best

Ah, just as Audax have relaunched the old one ATC (and the beeb in the 5/8 and 5/9) used to use (I think).

The big active ATC's may look much the same, but all the drivers and I think the amps too have seen both detailed and major changes over the time I've known them...

Btw, the picture (a little distorted) in my Avatar is of my Dad when he was fourteen years old. A true gentleman.

    Hi Nathan

Thank you. I truly appreciate it. We're trying to cope although there is a constant feeling that something is missing, an emptiness and a void.

The picture for the avatar had to be squeezed. This is better (taken in 1945 btw).
