In my humble opinion good sleeve artwork has been in decline since the advent of CD, I'm not saying that before CD took off all artwork was fantastic, you still got dodgy album covers, but the good ones were great, one of my personal favorites is Elton Johns "Captain Fantastc and the Brown Dirt Cowboy" is a real feast for the eyes
