    Default Speaker veneer repairs

Guys, have any of you got any decent links or know of any websites giving tutorials in how to repair/replace speaker veneers. I'm in the process of doing my Celestion Ditton 44's which are scratched and scuffed to high hell

    Thanks

I gave a pair of 44's to a friend, they were quite scratched, he said that the veneer is pretty thick, so could take a lot of sanding to remove scratches. Brummer stopper (filler) was used where needed.

They came up very well. He says, almost like new, I have not seen them as yet.

Many years ago this friend and I used to make and sell Hi Fi speakers, he usually did the cabinets, I did the crossovers (inc. design) and wiring etc.
