"Vintage" and "Classic" does mean "secondhand" these days.
You see 90s stuff called "vintage" FFS, what's that all about? Is anyone taken in by that?
A classic should be like a good representative example of a style of type of something from an era. So I don't think anything rare should really be considered classic in general terms.
