Such a designer brand would be expensive as the material would have to be de-ionised, de-gaussed and woven taking into account the directionality of the thread. And of course they could only be cleaned using a solution of 10% ethyl alcohol (or maybe very good vodka!)
I would prefer them to be in black - to reflect my political leanings.

Gosh, don't take me back to my days of working in the gents department of Frasers department store in Glasgow...
We used to fix 3-inch long bits of metal to the ends our tape measures, when doing inside leg measurements, making the ends of them extra-stiff, so we could poke the tape measure 'in position' and keep our hands well away from folk's 'danglies', and giving the gay boys a thrill!!
Didn't stop some of them coming in to be 'measured', however, on a rather too frequent basis...
