Default Michael Jackson - Report On Fox News

Not the luckiest chap of late, and it sounds like his health problems aren't all imagined, if Fox are to be believed.

Despite all the freakery, he really was a master. Massively influential. If he did ever get to tour again I'd be there.

    Better times -

His dancing in that clip is mesmerising.

He was simply an amazing performer, dances like he's on strings. Have a look at this one and a half minutes of MJ poetry in motion:

    yep,
i agree, exceptionally tallented, sad to see him now though, however he hasnt made things easy for himself lately, and i suspect that alone has taken its toll.
i too hope that he can be salvaged and continue to us.

That Billie Jean clip is fantastic. I'm going to have get my 'History' DVD's out now... The thing I really like about the Motown 25th Anniversary footage was how innocent the performance was. He'd never moonwalked before (at least in public) and the audience had no idea what to expect. He premieres so many signature moves. In a way he got slicker and more accomplished from that point, but the mould was set in that one performance.

It's really nice to see some appreciation of his talent here. Lots of people knock him, but I like to remind myself every so often what an amazing talent he was. Just pull out Thriller and - bam - you're there

Slip on yer black 'stay press' trousers (3 inches too short at the leg), sparkly socks, and leather slip-ons, grab yer crotch, and do a little 'shimmy' in front of the mirror. You know you want to!

See that little 'spy hole' poking through the poster of 'Dollar' on your bedroom wall, just along from where you hang up your fluffy 'Superman' dressing gown...

I remember at Disneyland, LA, they played some clips where he was performing in a Startrek - like movie, can anyone remind me what it was ?

Funnily enough after that ( ca 1996 ) we saw him outside the Chinese Theatre in Hollywood giving autographs but to this day not sure if it was a double

That was probably the Moonwalker film. I remember when it came out. There was a big deal about all the lasers and holographic stuff in it.

A few nuggets on this site: http://www.allmichaeljackson.com/films.html

PS. You've met Michael Jackson and DDDBM&T? How could one man be so lucky in one lifetime!
