I'm Shaun.
A fabulous aeroplane but one I have never seen before in real life but of course I've never been to Cosford air museum. I've been to Duxford a few times though but not recently. My guess is that it has all changed since the last time I was there. I used to live just ten miles from RAF Binbrook and spent most of my youth and younger days watching the Lightning interceptors take off and land there. I often saw all of the visiting aircraft as well including F100 Super Sabres, Nimrods, Vulcans and Buccaneers. As well as that, RAF Donna Nook was just down the road so I would watch them bombing during the summer months as well. They truly were the good old days. Days when Britain had some fine aircraft and an air force to go with them.
Nice one Ant - I've been to the museum at Cosford a few times, it's a great place, especially the Cold War Museum - I think that's where your excellent pic was taken?

haselsh1 - I live quite local to Donna Nook myself, quite a sight in itself. There definitely were some impressive machines in 'the old days'.
