I've just shipped a Ferret using RSPCA and I'm very pleased with the standard of service (see Abstract Chat)

Dunno how they are with ferrets, but Hermes let me down over a pickup; his winged hat wasn't flapping that day. Avoid!

    I'm sorted.

S**tty Link delivered 5 nice new pasta/soup bowls (& some shards of porcelain that used to be the sixth) the other day, the plates were double boxed with shed loads of bubble wrap & fragile stickers everywhere. Must have been dropped from a great height.

Yodel (new name for Home Delivery Network) didn't deliver on the day I rescheduled for, they delivered the day after & left the parcel (containing my new Nagaoka MP110) in my porch leaving the door wide open. I'd understood this needed a signature so I don't know who'd signed for it, thinking of telling the seller it was never received.

Well I sincerely hope if that is genuine that he is taken to task for that! Disgraceful, but not unusual I suspect.

I thought all Fedex stuff needed a signature from the recipient?

That's supposed to be the case Mark, and yet DPD have left a computer case and power supply on my doorstep in the not too distant past and they operate a similar system...

I'm thankful that I have never received such a shoddy service

Perhaps I have been lucky, "do you feel lucky punk"?
