Can you not share a ride with someone else from the Deep Southwest? Maybe help out with their room, if they are exhibiting?

It would be great to see you there, Frank!

I'll have one seat going if you can get to Basingstoke, Frank. It'll be the day before, but as Jerry says you could help out.

No, I'm expecting you to pop the Ushers on your roof rack and take them on a trip to the countryside...

Yup, the Celests, the Mana supports for them, and my Techy, are all that I'll be bringing next year. The rest is up to others. I'm looking forward to hearing top-notch solid-state kit at the heart of our system next year

That Wigwam thread is now closed.

James has got fed up with all and sundry trying to organise the thing by online committee!

Looks like he got a sufficiently positive response to get on with discussions with the hotel and setting up the real organising group.
    Great stuff.

    Ok, I'll bring:

    Technics deck complete
    Choir SUT-H7
    Whest PS.30R phono amp
    Pass Labs XP-20 preamp
    Chord SPM-1200E power amp
PS Audio PPP to power it all
    Cables & stuff

You supply the speakers and we've got a system

Sounds good! We'll also have Nick's SUPERB Techy reel-to-reel as another quality source, and I'm sure that Steve Toy will want to bring his excellent Eikos CDP (after it's been repaired).

Anyone else wanting to supply kit for the AoS system is very welcome to do so

Hopefully Neil will drag his ass from Belfast next year too, and be part of the team, and forgo attending one of the trade events instead if necessary
