    ...nope, that's not the beginning of a joke.

    While I was checking out of the home and garden shop, for just a brief minute, I could pretend I wasn't amongst........... Well, let's just say, it's taking where I live now a long time to catch up, culturally.
    Lyrics are the ramblings of man, sometimes inspired by The Creator, most often, not.
    But music (melodies, harmonies, rhythms), that's God stuff.
    Always was. Always will be.

    My father lived in upstate New York for the last 30 years of his life. He always said the thing he missed more than anything else was the culture and conversation. Whenever I visited him, I had to reset my brain as to what constituted debate over there. Different world.

    Born in and raised around the NYC area (22 yrs). I don't freak out if I run into someone from Yorkshire, Cardiff, Lubeck or wherever.
