Default Handy hint for large loudspeaker owners

Ever wanted to make your big, old loudspeakers look small and domestically acceptable?

Then, as per the attached piccy, simply park a pair of Leak 2075s in front of them!

(and yes, those 'small standmounters' on the right are indeed my "big" Ferrograph S1s)

    Love it!

They're taller than my Lockwoods, but not as wide. I suspect if you plonked one of me ol' rabbit hutches down beside the Ferros, the effect would be the same

Once had to carry a pair of those up two narrow flights of stairs, each with a 180 degree bend halfway up. Never could raise much enthusiasm for them after that.

very nearly come home with a pair of those twice now, the first pair were part of a swap but the bloke backed out at the last minute , there was also a pair at one of the Audiojumbles that never sold a few years ago, still kicking myself about those as well

I seem to remember the first pair were part concrete filled as well

    oh well one day perhaps
