Marco, the "glue" is totally benign, and works well. Less risk than some "cleaning" solutions.

Guy, it's called Kolkwizia Anabilis - Pink Cloud. The 6th picture is a closeup. Ours is the light pink variegated version, there is also a deep magenta version.
