Yesterday Mrs. P made a load of ginger biscuits and a Victoria sponge cake, and this is all mostly gone (boredom-eating). Sponge cake was very nice, but rather dense - if someone threw a slice at your head you'd know about it. Probably contributing to my erratic poo times.

Yes, you must be used to 'nipping it' and saving it for later when you're up a ladder and feel a chocolate hostage threatening to escape, unless you you've dared releasing it in a customer's toilet? And that would be jolly indecent of you.

Tell Anita that fillet mignon, not sponge cakes, is good for softening stools.

Oh no, I still jump in the tub last thing before bed, that will never change as long as I'm physically able to. Standards must still be maintained, though I really do it for myself, not for appearances.

Think for most part 2 yards will be enough.. nothing bar total isolation is going to be perfect tho. Got my lunch delivered at 10.30, and left on step. its not been opened yet. That will be another hand washing excersise:eyebrows:
