For me, there's defo something in it, and I'd welcome the move. As I've always said, the more we have to work harder to stay on top, the better we'll be, and a strong as possible Rangers facilitates that aim.
Plus, bringing more quality players into the SPL would be good for the Scottish game in general.
Marco.
What are your thoughts tonight, chaps, on the game against Leverkusen?:)
Do you think Rangers will raise their game, as they've done in every other match they've played in Europe this season, or perform as they did against Ross County? Do you think they can win the game and take a lead to Germany, or perhaps even win the tie overall and get through to the quarter finals?
Most intriguingly though for me, which game do you think Gerrard will be prioritising, in terms of importance: tonight's or the one against Celtic on Sunday, and if you think it's the the latter, will that affect the team he picks to play tonight against Bayer?:hmm:
Marco.
Don't all answer at once!:D
Anyway, I'll be rooting for Rangers. Come on!! :more::more:

Lol was asleep.. I see its 1-0 the wrong way.
Stars are not great either, although not disastrous.
That man Kai Haverez
Yoo shleep at funee times. daftee!:eyebrows:
Is Robin under the sheets with you, too?;)
Anyway, what are your thoughts on the questions I asked in my earlier post?
Marco.
Don't think we have much chance of going further tbh. They are a CL side tbh and a top 4 German side. We will do well just to have played the match.
Celtic game will be a toughy after this but if your not up for it then you have to wonder. Alas we also have a lot of injured players which isn't gonna help.
A draw is possible on Sunday.
2-0 now. Shows difference in class, but also attitude. They are much more confident. We are scared of shadows
Well done to big George.
Hagi should have played
1-2 now...
I'm actually a little disappointed in Leverkusen. Yes, they're very good on the ball and retain a lot of the possession, but they're not as clinical in front of goal as I thought they'd be. Up until the penalty, which I thought was unfortunate, the Germans hadn't really threatened the Rangers goal.
Plus, to me, their goalkeeper looks a little suspect, which Rangers could capitalise on if they put pressure on him. Yes, Leverkusen are the better team and have that bit more class, but on this showing they're not as good as I had thought, and if Rangers can keep it at 1-2 , or even better equalise, then I think they've still got a chance.
