Main course (soree, Al, there's part of a dead animal, so look away:D)... Gloucestershire 'old spot' pork chop, marinated overnight in fresh herbs and garlic, then charcoal-grilled on the BBQ, served with homemade apple sauce, rosemary and garlic roast potatoes, cauliflower and broccoli cheese and assorted seasonal veg:
