Fish looks great, Tony. Very nicely cooked
We had our first barbecue of the year today, as it's been lovely, sunny and spring-like all day... I had some oak-smoked salmon in chilli and lime, with a fresh rocket salad, to start, followed by Harissa-marinated lamb cutlets, nicely charred on the barby, served with a tomato and red pepper couscous, and some green beans tossed in garlic and fresh lemon juice. It was excellent :)
Forgot to take a pic, though!

Yeah, the weather's been really lovely here here all day... Went for a lovely six-mile walk around the local park and surrounding woodlands afterwards to work off lunch!
We're lucky on the outskirts of Wrexham town centre to have such nice green areas just minutes away from our house:

Latest from my kitchen. A nice fresh loaf. Mix of rye, French flour and standard white gives a great loaf

Next is a mass cook of chicken And onion. Sweet echalion shallot actually. It will be bagged in small portions and frozen for future single meals. Cooked in rice bran oil with a little garlic and ginger
