Very tasty

2 tbs light soy, 2 tbs water, tsp oil, garlic and ginger for mix.. red and yellow pepper and green onion chopped into different sizes. steak salted and peppered. fry quickly in small amount of oil, add ginger mix and half the veg. pull steak out and cut into slices med rare. half of whats left of veg goes into rice in last 2 mins of cooking then all drained, while the sauce thickens. lay meat on bed of rice and sprinkle with last of raw veg.

Not sure what to have yet. Might just do something simple. Cheapo Tesco chicken pie or bangers, baked beans & frozen mash sounds about right, not in the mood to mess about. (Tesco frozen mash is actually very tasty)

I make some lovely Gyoza (Japanese dumplings) with minced pork which are very nice, look a bit like this:
