indeed it was a little too much but very good. just used bits of roast chicken that were in fridge; half a packet of egg noodles and probably a quarter packet of stir fry veg and some sweet chilli sauce. 5 mins tops

it wwas ok. never had one with veg tho. must try it

Not veg in the carbonarra, but some veg on the side - such as brocolli, or a few green beans. :)

ordered in a fish supper. not fit to make anything today... hopefully it will be ok..

Try this recipe, bacon or pancetta, onion, green chilli, egg yolk, parmesan, garlic, parsley, very nice. Forget cream for carbonarra, that's the bogus version.
