Quick and easy and tastes bangin’
Tuna, walnuts, pesto, parmesan, lemon zest and basil. Chuck it in a pan of pasta. Sorted.

It’s the lemon zest that lifts it (a bit like Gremolata) and goes well with the Walnuts and pasta.

Nice one, Tony. Looks good! Have you ever tried a full on Salsa di Noci, with Fettucine: https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/223028/salsa-di-noci/
It's a classic dish from Liguria:)
Also, well done on the Sacla. It's the most authentic stuff outside of Italy. Mutti is also good, especially their tinned tomatoes and passata.
Marco.
P.S You need to list the wines you've been drinking along with your meals!:ner:;)
Simple lunch again earlier... Classic chicken Schnitzel with some butter noodles and green beans:

Cheers Marco, I’ve never tried that, definitely going to give it a go now though. [emoji4]
I’ve been a big fan of Mutti toms and passata for a while now, makes a huge difference compared to most bought stuff. Worth seeking out for sure.

No worries. I think you'd love it. Always works well with spaghetti or tagliatelle, if you haven't got any fettucine:)
