Only cooked the pork cos I fancied crackling. Chucked some of the meat in a Chinesey type sauce and had it with rice.

cut it into 10 big pieces...froze 6, refridgerated 2, and will give daughter 2. Always share the mother load:eyebrows:
lovely and fresh too. no fish smells.always a good sign
Dinner is really a snack.
Cream crackers, goats cheese, sliced chicken breast and ham. Alas no pickles.
