Unusual in a good way, not as in your face or familiar as Indian flavours, rich and complex base of herbs, with a tart foundation. Unctuous and satisfying. Marries well with the earthy Lamb flavour.Quote:

cut it into 10 big pieces...froze 6, refridgerated 2, and will give daughter 2. Always share the mother load:eyebrows:
