Whats in that then Tony?
Looks really tasty as usual, Tony!:)
Lunch today was Sainsbury's Taste the Difference Pumpkin & Sage Quadrottii (essentially large ravioli), with Del\s homemade Ragu sauce, topped with some fresh basil leaves and sprinkled with Lidl's Deluxe 30 Months-Matured Parmigiano Reggiano DOP:

That was scrummy! Granty, take note, as you like fresh pasta, IMO this range of fresh pasta (various different fillings are available) from Sainsbury's is *the* best I've tasted from any supermarket, and about 85% as good as homemade. You can really taste the pasta (which has a lovely firm texture, when cooked al dente) and the quality of the filling is equally as good.
No bland, 'plasticy' tasting (not inexpensive) crap here, as I find is often the case with supermarket fresh filled pasta - this stuff is the REAL deal!
Of course you need to serve it with a quality sauce. Also, that Parmesan from Lidl is probably among the best I've had too, from a supermarket. Beautiful taste!
Marco.
