As I was sore anyway I've done the changeover and built the new table.

Is this you starting to make more homemade stuff? If so, keep it up (just simple food, so it doesn't tire you out, and let your various 'gadgets' do all the hard work), as I guarantee you'll feel better for it and cheaper, too!
You must be able to taste the difference too? It certainly looks a million times better than those processed, 'glazed-looking, dayglow coloured' ready meals:exactly:

the rice maker has a steaming basket on top so i did both at once. meat on my induction hob. i cut it yesterday and vacuum sealed it to keep fresh for use later.
plenty meat left. a pork fillet is one of the best buys in a butchers
