Lovin' some of the scran that's been posted recently, while I've been on hols... First meal back, chez-nous (homemade fettuccini al ragu), washed down with a quality Lambrusco-like wine we brought back from Italy - cheap as chips, but very nice:

BTW Marco that was made by a Polish Michelin Sushi restaurant. The Ramen broth beggared belief. I handed them so many complements about it they must have thought I was a nutcase:D

Justers, that's 'junk food' at its best... Now and then I love shit like that. My weakness is in Germany, for Bratwurst (with loads of onions and mustard), or even better, Currywurst and chips!

Anyway, I had a slightly healthier lunch... Del's homemade mushroom risotto, with a touch of Mascarpone:
