oh, yeah, you dont..:lol: they are chooch. used to use the meat tho in patties. shread the meat and recook in juice and is softens. added to mashed potato, egg and herbs and spices and coated in breadcrumbs it made a great meal with chips.
chicken legs etc are another thing entirely and are the best bit
