Some lovely looking nosh here, chaps, as usual. Granty, I'm loving your brisket! Looks like you put some effort into that gravy, too (nice and rich)
Today's luncheon... Grilled Welsh lamb cutlets, drizzled with homemade mint sauce [using fresh mint from our garden], served with homemade Dauphinoise potatoes and seasonal veg:

Dauphinoise potatoes are great.. could eat them off screen.... lamb looks good too.. WElsh lamb is the berries
Cheers, mate. Del tried a different method this time with the Dauphinoise, and it paid off big time. Best I've had them - rich and tasty, as usual (using a combo of milk and cream), but also with a lightness of touch, which meant that they weren't as heavy/cloying as Dauphinoise pots often tend to be.
Yeah, there's really nothing to touch Welsh lamb, for quality....:)

Multigrain loaf cooked in cast iron pan. Gonna have this with bits and bobs later.

Superb baking as usual, Tony - that loaf could easily be sitting in the window of any artisan bakery!
