Saturday Brunch. Sourdough Toast, Avocado with olive oil, s&p, lime juice and a pinch of freshly ground coriander seed. Chicken (Satay Gai leftovers), fried egg and a drizzle of hot sauce.

Bit of surf & turf tonight.
Lobster tails with a garlic, lemon, parsley and butter sauce, with smoked bacon and fillet steak still mooing on the inside.
Honey roast carrots and parsnips, roast shallots, courgettes and sautéed spuds.
All washed down with a bottle of Waitrose Brut champers.
Presentation could have been better, but i blame the booze :doh:
