FYI the gravy was a meal in itself; the roasties were superb. The artichokes properly chewy ;)
Still dairy though Grant; that's no good unfortunately. She can tolerate butter and similar. but milk/cream/yoghurts are no-go unless Almond/Coconut milk based. We don't use anything soya; it's not good for men and women's hormonesQuote:

Sorry thought it was lactose intolerance. Might be the amino acid chain 67. Using a2 strain of milk would solve that. You can buy a2 milk.Quote:

Too much Veg doesn't agree with my digestive tract and bowel.
