Was a lot of cream in it and didnt want to overdo it but, yes, it would have been nice. Got to watch my cream intake. Had 2 slices of bread too with it to fill me up.
Liver and bacon, with mashed potato, steamed carrots, brocolli, sugarsnap peas and french beans.
Peach yoghourt to follow.
Had sweet n sour chicken. Needed eating date wise. I quite like it. From Lidl cheap and cheerful
Lidl's one is actually ok. So you like Chines food but not Indian? :)
Marco.
Like sweet n sour chicken, Lemon chicken too if out of a good restaurant. Good spare ribs although when I made y own they were much better. Not got the teeth for them now lol. Yes I like a few chinese dishes, a few Italian as well. Good British fayre gets unfair :eyebrows: criticism. Cooked right it can be very good too. Nowt wrong with mince and tatty:D I ight add the mince should be minced beef not ground beef as is the penchant of current butchers. Got somwe nice rough stuff today.
That's the kind of stuff I like, too. With ribs my favourites now are the salt and pepper ones.
I completely agree, but not had mince and tatties for YEARS! British produce is amongst the best in the world, but many Brits don't know how to make the most of it! ;)Quote:
