Spaghetti Carbonara.
In this case I used Linguine.

Beaten egg and black pepper

Then add grated Parmesan or similar

Garlic sliced into a little olive oil
Cook and discard garlic.

Toss pasta in the hot oil
Then add egg mix and ham and toss in hot pan til cooked

Serve on hot plate with more Parmesan

I cook pasta and leave in water while doing garlic etc

Rosemary Roast Potatoes
Dwarf Beans and thick Dijon vinaigrette
Roast veg with homemade Harissa paste
