Leftovers are sometimes better than the original meal, stew or any mincemeat based dish always tastes nicer the day after (probably the salmonella..)

Just enjoying a nice Negroni cocktail (shown below) with Del, before tonight's repast, which is just a simple mixed grill, consisting of a grilled lamb cutlet, local Welsh pork and ale sausages (nicely carmelised in the pan), local Welsh streaky bacon, poached local Welsh Free-range eggs, baked beans, sautéed mushrooms and a grilled tomato, but cooked to perfection! :)
