No doubt, mate. Might be interesting next time to add some slices of chorizo, instead of bacon. I think the added spiciness could be good:)

I'm into chorizo, but look at the basil in the pic with the tomatoes pre blitz. There's a good slug of Nando's hottest sauce which you can see and I omitted to mention. Plus the hot smoked paprika, which really is hot and was applied liberally to the pseudo wok. You'd have needed the spiciest chorizo available to even pick up on the heat/garlic already injected:D
