Pork Stroganoff tonight, relatively quick and easy to make and very tasty. This is a dish I could quite happily eat as the vegetarian version with more (varied) mushrooms- I love mushrooms, but have a few friends who can’t stand them.
There’s very few things I don’t like, and nothing I wouldn’t try at least once, but fish with loads of bones I’m not great with. So Anchovies are pretty much top of my “can’t stand” list.
Any road up, here’s the Stroganoff. [emoji846]

Had this earlier for lunch... Chinese veggie noodle soup (with pak choi, spring onions, baby sweetcorn and red peppers), egg noodles and a spicy broth underneath, topped with fresh coriander:
