I will often have a baked potato stuffed with either baked beans or a tuna/mayonnaise mixture, with a bit of salad on the side for lunch.

It's quick, easy and tasty. :)

In general I neither like or eat burgers. It's the texture of the burger patty I don't like, regardless of the quality of the meat used.

im a bit that way with crappy burgers but the good ones are excellent both in flavour and texture. I used to make my own once upon a time.
